Enterprise

Optimization for your whole organization

Enterprise brings 4colors to your whole organization under its own written agreement. It takes precedence over the standard Terms of Service.

Plan contents, limits and service levels agreed with your team, in writing.

What an Enterprise arrangement covers

Each arrangement is shaped around your workloads, deployment and team.

  • Capacity

Dedicated capacity, custom allowances and API limits.

  • Deployment

    Hosted, or on-premises by agreement.

  • Support

Onboarding, training and service levels by agreement.

  • Commercial terms

Custom pricing and licensing in one agreement.

One conversation for every reviewer

The 4colors team works with your engineering, security and procurement contacts as the scope takes shape.

Your content stays yours

Models, circuits, instances and results belong to your organization. The data-handling summary and the Terms set out exactly what happens to them; an Enterprise agreement takes precedence over the standard Terms.

The service is built for optimization and compilation problems, not personal data; any exception is agreed in writing first.

Data commitments

  • Ownership

You own the content you send and the results it produces.

  • Kept private

Never sold and never shown to other customers.

  • No general AI training

Never used to train general-purpose AI models.

  • De-identified copies

Off by default for Enterprise teams, unless the agreement says otherwise.

  • Clear retention

Finished jobs are deleted after the retention period, currently 30 days.

Deployment and service

Every plan runs the same algorithms with the same solution quality. Enterprise adds control over where and how.

  • Hosted

4colors runs the service, with capacity and allowances sized to your workload; your team works through the API and the Python client.

  • On-premises

Available through Enterprise arrangements, with infrastructure and service responsibilities agreed for your organization.

  • Team roles

Admins manage plan, billing and data settings; members run jobs and hold API keys; viewers see jobs and results.

How an Enterprise evaluation runs

  1. 01

    Define the scope

Identify the optimization model, required constraints, volume and expected usage.

  2. 02

    Compare methods

Agree the baseline, evaluation instances and measurable success criteria before assessing the software.

  3. 03

    Plan the arrangement

Review access, deployment responsibility, security requirements and integration with the relevant teams.

  4. 04

    Agree the terms

Settle pricing, allowances, support and service levels in one Enterprise agreement.
