Every answer from the hosted products arrives with the evidence behind it.

Input validated
Each job is validated before the search starts. Validation, and failed or refused jobs, are never billed.

Your time budget
You set the search budget for each job and receive the best answer found within it.

Answer checked
Objective values are checked, and compiled circuits are checked for equivalence wherever practical.

Checks reported
Each result states what its checks found. A check that was skipped or limited says so.
Benchmarks that state their conditions
The useful question is what an algorithm finds in the time available, measured fairly.
Same conditions
Each published comparison runs every solver on the same machine with the same time budget, and a How we measured note says so.
Strong references
Results are compared with established solvers and with the best published values.
Independent checks
Records pass independent checkers before they are claimed, and benchmark maintainers check them again.
Better search should stand up to comparison.
Your content stays yours
The Data handling page explains in plain words what happens to everything you send. Where it and the Terms of Service differ, the Terms win.

Your models, circuits, instances and results are yours.
Never sold or shared
Not sold, not shown to other customers and not used to train general-purpose AI models.
Improvement you control
De-identified copies help tune our solvers. A team admin can switch this off; Enterprise teams start switched off.
Publication by opt-in only
Your instances appear in published research only if a team admin opts in.
Published retention
Every kind of data has a stated retention period, backups included.
Security built into the service
Protections that hold on every plan, from the free trial up.
Hashed credentials
Passwords, API keys and tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.
Encrypted connections
Access controls and encrypted connections protect your personal data.
Known locations
Servers in the UK, the EU and North America. Transfers outside the UK follow UK data protection law.

4colors products are hosted. Start with a free trial and call the API from your own code.
Enterprise
Your own infrastructure
On-premises deployment is available through Enterprise arrangements. Service levels are set in your Enterprise agreement.
Support
Email and priority support
Developer plans include email technical support; Team adds priority support. Enterprise arrangements can include onboarding, training and agreed service terms.
