Account and billing supportHow does the free trial work?
Explore is a 15-day free trial with no credit card required. It includes 120 minutes of execution in total, even if you evaluate both products, and is for evaluation only.
What exactly do I pay for?
Only the time the solver or compiler actually worked on your job, to the millisecond. Waiting in the queue, uploading or loading your model, and checking the result are never charged. A job can never cost more than its time limit.
Do I pay if a job finds no answer?
No. A job that ends without an answer is free. That includes jobs that reach their time limit before a first answer, jobs we refuse (for example an input we can't run, or a time budget too small for the circuit), and jobs that fail on our side. Fair use applies.
What if I stop a job myself?
You pay for the time it ran up to the stop, even if it hadn't found an answer yet.
Is there a limit on jobs that return no answer?
These jobs are free under fair use. If an account uses an unusual amount of compute on jobs that return no answer, we may suspend it automatically: new jobs are refused while we review, and we email the team admins. Contact support@4colors-research.com.
How does the allowance renew?
Included minutes cover each monthly billing period. Unused time does not carry over. With both products, the doubled allowance is shared flexibly between Compiler and QUBO.
How does prepaid balance work?
Add the amount you need. Prepaid balance does not expire while your account is open, and one balance covers every product you subscribe to. Your included time is always used first. Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prepaid balance is topped up automatically only if an admin switches on auto top-up, with a monthly cap they choose.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Developer and Team are monthly subscriptions. Cancel any time on your Account page; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is API access included?
Yes, on every plan. Rate limits, model constraints, upload limits and supported hardware targets are listed in the developer documentation.
